Clare Lucas, LMHC

Clare Lucas (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Child Mental Health Specialist and a Clinical Supervisor who has been providing mental health counseling for over 15 years. She specializes in working with children and families, parenting support, as well as working with adults. Clare has significant experience working with childhood and adulthood trauma, as well as attachment focused work. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy and has training in Child Parent Psychotherapy. She is trained as a Circle of Security parent educator and in Incredible Years parent educator. Clare also has experience and training in mindfulness practices. In her free time, Clare enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring the Northwest.
